By his application of 31/3/11 before this court, the plaintiff is seeking an order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the defendant from disposing of to any third party, a property known and described as LEMON LODGE, situated at Asylum Down, Accra, until the final determination of a suit he instituted against the defendant. In that suit filed in the Registry of this court on 17/1/11, plaintiff sought the following reliefs: “(a) A declaration that by virtue of the power of Attorney dated 14th January, 2010 he the plaintiff had the authority of the principals in the said power of attorney to undertake the sale of the property designated as “Lemon Lodge” and situated at Asylum Down, Accra. (b) A further declaration that the sale of the property to Eric Wisdom Quarcoo is valid and binding on the defendant herein.
