NANA ADWOA NYA (SUING AS THE HEAD OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY AND CUSTOMARY SUCCESSOR OF LATE OPANIN FRANCIS KWADWO MPRAH OF ADUGYAMA VIA MANKRANSO vs. MESSRS KWAKU ADDO AND ANOTHER
The plaintiff herein asserts she is the current head of her immediate family and customary successor of late Opanin Francis Kwadwo Mprah. On 5/1/10, she issued a writ in that capacity against the defendants as the executors of the last will and testament of late Opanin Francis Kwadwo Mprah claiming the following reliefs: “(a) Declaration that the farmlands together with cocoa farms thereon situated and lying at a place commonly known and called “Aburaso” and “Kwadwo Barnie Krom”, all at Adugyama via Mankranso and share common boundaries with the properties of Nana Sika Yena’s immediate family are properties belonging to the immediate family of which plaintiff is the head. (b) Declaration that all farmlands and the cocoa farms thereon stated in (a) supra were vested in the late Opanin Francis Kwadwo Mprah by the immediate family of which the plaintiff is the current head, having inherited same through succession.
