F.G. KORBIEH, J.A. The facts of this case are rather simple and straight forward. They may be summarized as follows: the plaintiff/respondent (hereinafter only referred to as the respondent) is a carpenter whose professional services the defendants/appellants (hereinafter only referred to as the appellants) had required and sought from time to time. Due to the business transactions between the parties, the respondent alleged that the appellant owed him some money. The respondent therefore refused to release some doors that the appellants had asked him to make and paid for. Being aggrieved by this action on the part of the respondent, the appellants caused the arrest of the respondent by the police who detained the respondent over-night. The next day after his arrest the respondent agreed to release the doors he had made for the appellants to the latter after he was paid the money owed him by the appellant.
