This appeal emanates from the Circuit Court, Tepa/Ashanti where the plaintiff had sued the defendants claiming against them the following reliefs: ‘(a) Declaration, title and ownership of all that piece or parcel of cocoa farm and adjoining fallow land situate and being at a place known as “AkwasiaseBugya” on Akwasiase stool land bounded by the farms of late chief Bonsu, AkuaNumah, Yaa Badu and late Amana. (b) An order to render accounts of the cocoa harvested since 2007/2008 to date, and all monies received in respect of the adjoining fallow land. (c) General damages.
