INTRODUCTION On 26th September, 2008 the Commission received the above titled complaini from Laud O. Amanor (hereinafter referred to as "the Complainant") against the unfair treatment meted out to him by the Tema Sub-Regional Office of the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (hereinafter referred to as "the Respondent") when he lodged a complaint with it. THE COMPLAINANT'S CASE In his complaint, the Complainant alleged that one Mario Adjor was his ex-wife and that their marriage was blessed with a daughter in 1972. However due to Mario Adjor's uncooperative attitude towards him, he dissolved their marriage. Since then all his efforts at meeting and interacting with his daughter was thwarted by Mario Adjor. The Complainant further alleged that he was informed that his daughter now resided in London and had a daughter who recently was brought down to Ghana to live with Mario Adjor, her grandmother.
