INTRODUCTION In a complaint filed by the complainant and received by the Commission on 24th July 2009 the Complainant alleged that he was engaged by the Respondent on contract from December 2005 to June 2006. According to the Complainant, the Respondent terminated his contract unlawfully. Complainant further alleged that the Respondent also failed to pay him all entitlements due him. The Complainant sought the Commission's assistance to establish whether the termination of his contract was lawful and also to claim all entitlements due him from the Respondent. COMPLAINANT'S CASE The Complainant alleged in his complaint that he was employed on contract by the Respondent from December 2005 to March 2006 and from April 2006 to June 2006.
