JUDGMENT On the 26th day of September, the plaintiff instituted this action against the defendants. The claims are purely declaratory. I do not intend to quote these reliefs verbatim in this judgment. I will, however may refer to such reliefs whenever the need arises. The plaintiff company sued per Kofi Amponsah-Boateng. The facts are that Kofi Amponsah-Boateng representing the company said he purchased property H/No 12, AugustinoNeto Road. He tendered documents including the Head lease as Exhibit “A”, Search Report, Exhibit “B”and others including Exhibit “H” a voluminous document titled a GHANA AIRWAYS LIMITED (“GH”).
