JUDGMENT In this suit, the plaintiff claims the following reliefs: (a) Declaration of title to the land at Aplaku- Accra, described in the schedule hereto: (b) Recovery of possession of the land (c) Damages for trespass (d) An injunction to forthwith demolish or remove any structures or things the defendant has erected or brought to the plaintiff’s said land. The plaintiff’s case was prosecuted by one Alexander Saka Ansong. He described himself as a building contractor. On the plaintiff, he said it is a group which learns about the signs of soul or about God. It is somehow a religious organization which he is a member since 1989 . The organization planned to build “shelters” as he described in his own words so they acquired the land in dispute from the Aplaku Stool.
