JUDGMENT The Plaintiff originally sued per a lawful Attorney but subsequently amended the writ to proceed with the case in his own stead. His case in brief is that he sold a Caterpillar 325 BL to the Defendant on "as is" basis for the sum of 90,000 USO. Sometime in April 2010, the Defendant paid 40,000 USO leaving a balance of 50,000 USD which the Defendant has defaulted in paying despite repeated demands. He claims that he sought to repossess the machine and incurred expenses for this which he is entitled to recover from the Defendant. Again in a separate transaction he at the request of the Defendant purchased a 330 BL engine injection pump for the Defendant for the sum of 800 USD for which the Defendant has again defaulted in paying. the Plaintiff reliefs were as follows: 1. An order that the Defendant pays to the Plaintiff the outstanding balance of $50,000 on the purchase price of the Caterpillar 325 BL the Defendant bought from the Plaintiff. 2.
