JUDGMENT As per the Writ of Summons issued in this case on the 25th day of March, 2010, the Plaintiffs claim against the defendants, jointly and severally: 1. A declaration that H/No. B146 Abaase, Kade belongs solely and exclusively to the Plaintiffs. 2. A declaration that any distribution of the estate of the late Andrews Ohemeng Boakye must not and should not include H/No. B146 Abaase, Kade. 3. A declaration that the purported distribution and sharing of the estate of the late Andrews Ohemeng Boakye by the defendants on 2nd January 2010 is void and be set aside as such. 4. Perpetual Injunction restraining the defendants, their successors, assigns, servants and any family member from distributing the estate of the late Andrews Ohemeng Boakye until the final deter- mination of the suit. 5.
