The Plaintiff who describes himself as a Building Contractor has sued the Defendant who is said to be a Business Woman ordinarily resident in Germany for the unpaid balance of a contract sum. Specifically, the amount being claimed is GH¢30,000.00. He alleged that the Defendant unilaterally abrogated the said contract. The writ of summons and statement of claim were personally served on the Defendant at Tafo, Kumasi on August 1, 2011.
