The Plaintiff who describes himself as a Building Contractor has sued the Defendant who is said to be a Business Woman ordinarily resident in Germany for the unpaid balance of a contract sum. Specifically, the amount being claimed is GH¢30,000.00. He alleged that the Defendant unilaterally abrogated the said contract. The writ of summons and statement of claim were personally served on the Defendant at Tafo, Kumasi on August 1, 2011. Thereafter, she caused her lawyer, Kwasi Bempah ESQ. to enter appearance on her behalf. This was done on August 8, 2011.
