The current action was commenced by the Plaintiffs per their lawful Attorney, Augustine Kofi Akotia on 5th September, 2008 for the following reliefs: (a) A declaration that the 1st Plaintiff is the bonafide owner of leasehold interest in ALL THAT piece or parcel of land more specifically described in paragraphs 5 and 6 as well as paragraphs 7 and 8 of the statement of claim; (b) A declaration that the 2nd Plaintiff is the bonafide owner of a leasehold interest in ALL THAT piece or parcel of land more specifically described in paragraphs 10 and 11 of statement of claim; (c) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants whether by themselves, their servants, agents, privies, assigns or otherwise howsoever from entering, disturbing and/or interfering with the Plaintiffs’ possession and use of the land described in paragraphs 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 of the statement of claim; (d) Damages for trespass; (e) Costs.
