ABBEYMAN FAMILY STOOL vs. NII ODARTEY III, NII OKAI QUAYE DJANOR (DECEASED), YAYA ADDY AND NII ABETIA II

On the 29th of July 2011, this Honourable Court differently constituted dismissed the application by Nii Abetia II, chief of Asofa to join the above suit as a Defendant. It is against this Ruling that the Applicant has submitted this instant application for a review of the said Ruling of this Court dated the 29th of July 2011. Earlier on 24th day of January 2011, the same applicant Nii Abetia II, Asofa Mantse had applied for and had been substituted as the 2nd Defendant in place of Nii Okai Quaye Djanor, (deceased) who was the original 2nd Defendant in the suit. The back ground history to this will make the issues raised by this instant application more appreciable. On the 29th of July 2011 this Court in its Ruling on the Applicant's application for Joinder gave a brief account of the history of this case and dismissed the application on three grounds.
