After the close of hearing, the Plaintiffs with the leave of the Court amended the endorsement on their Writ of Summons to read:— (a)(i) Declaration of title in favour of 1st Plaintiff in respect of all that triangle shaped parcel of land at Oyarifa with the East Pantang Town Planning Layout in extent 38.48 acres bounded on the North by Agbawe Family land measuring 1230 feet more or less on the East by Agbawe Family land leased to Italga Farms measuring 2560 feet more or less on the West by Agbawe Family land measuring 3050 feet more or less and covered by document dated October 1999 made between the lawful Representatives of Agbawe Family Nii Adjei Kpobi Asaawa (Head of Agbawe Family-La) and Nii Adjei Akpor Doku (Acting Oyarifa Mantse Joint Head and Adu Kofi Djin, Stamped LVB 14522/99 Plotted as property No. N.928 on 27th October, 1999 in the records of Lands Commission Accra and registered as Land Registry No.3755/1999. (ii) Declaration of title to all that piece of Land approx.....
