ANTWI AGYEI BAFFOUR vs. DERRICK ADDO AND OTHERS

This writ was issued from the Registry of this court on 31/03/04 by the plaintiff, per his lawful attorney, claiming the following reliefs: “(a) A declaration of title to all that piece and parcel of land at Adjamesu a site for Petrol Filling Station on Essumejah Stool Lands on Amansie West District, Ashanti bounded by the properties of Auntie Felicia, Nana Adjoa Anto, Maame Ama Akyaa and Maame Akosua. (b) Damages for trespass (c) Damages in respect of discharge of firearm on plaintiff’s plots or land with intent to put the plaintiff’s attorney in fear by death and unlawful harm (d) Perpetual injunction restraining defendants, their agents, servants, workmen, privies and or assigns from in anyway interfering with the property.” The defendants, on the other hand, counter-claimed as follows: “(a) A declaration that the property comprising one (1) acre of land lying, situate and being at Adjamesu West (Amansie East District) on Adjamesu stool land and which is ...
