Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, having completed the hearing of this case in which the accused person before you, Kwabena Asamoah, is charged with four counts, I call your attention whilst I sum up the deliberations after which I will invite you to discharge your obligation by carefully discussing the issues dealt with to enable you give your verdict on each count for my further action. You recall that the accused is charged with the following offences: one count of murder contrary to section 46, two counts of attempted murder created under section 48, a count of causing unlawful damage under the provisions of section 172, all of the Criminal Offences Act 1960, Act 29.
