DENNIS ADJEI, J.A.: The plaintiff per his writ of summons is claiming against the defendants for: “(i) A declaration that the decision not to endorse the plaintiff is not consistent with the grounds for disqualification of contestants in the party’s parliamentary primaries as specified under Article 43(9) of the Defendant’s constitution. (ii) A declaration that the decision not to endorse the candidadature of the plaintiff offends and violates the Defendant’s National Executive Committee’s published guideline for the election of parliamentary candidates. (iii) A declaration that the Defendant’s letter dated 15th January, 2012 is vague and fails to provide precise and/or clear reasons for the disqualification of the plaintiff’s candidature to contest the Defendant’s parliamentary primaries.
