The petition was received at the Commission on 20 July, 2010. A copy of the petition was sent to the employer by the Commission on 28 July, 2010, for their comments. The employer, through its lawyer Agyabeng G. Akrasi, Esq, responded on 19 August, 2010, and received by the Commission on 23 August, 2010....
