By letter dated 28th August 2012, with reference NLC/C-590/2011/2012/04N, the National Labour Commission (NLC) appointed Mrs. Peace Ayisi- Okyere as Sole Arbitrator in the voluntary arbitration between Wellington Osei Banahene and eleven others on the one hand and the Bible Society of Ghana on the other. The Sole Arbitrator appointed Mrs. Victoria O. Darkwa as Secretary/Recorder. 2.
