AVRIL LOVELACE-JOHNSON JA The Defendant/Appellant (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant) seeks to have set aside the judgment of the High Court dated 18th November 2010 by which the redundancy of the Plaintiff/ Respondent (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff) was declared unlawful, an order made that he be paid 4 (four) months of his gross salary for each of the 13 years he worked for the Defendant plus interest at the Commercial rate on this amount and costs of GH cedis 3,000.00.
