DENNIS ADJEI, J.A: The plaintiffs/respondents/appellants dissatisfied with the ruling delivered by the High Court, Agona Swedru on 10th December, 2010 which dismissed their suit for want of jurisdiction to the extent that it was an invitation to the High Court to entertain a cause or matter affecting chieftaincy filed an appeal against same to this court. The Notice of Appeal was filed on 31st December, 2010. The plaintiffs/respondents/appellants and the defendants/applicants/ respondent for convenience would be referred to in this appeal as ‘plaintiffs’ and ‘defendants’ respectively.
