INTRODUCTION: In a complaint received on 18th August, 2011 the Complainant petitioned the Commission against his wrongful dismissal from the Ghana Museum and Monument Board, the Respondent herein. He petitioned the Commission for reinstatement. FACTS OF THE COMPLAINT The Complainant, a former accountant of the Respondent's institution stated that in a letter dated 315' March 2011, the Respondent terminated his appointment for vacating his post. According to him the termination of his appointment was an attempt by the Respondent to cover up a serious financial fraud within the institution which he tried to correct. He claimed that the termination letter raised some accusations such as disrespect to authority, vacation of post, refusal to release money for staff party and refusal to sign appraisal form.
