WASSAF SADALLAH DAKMAK vs. 31ST DECEMBER WOMEN’S MOVEMENT

JUDGMENT On the 12th day of February 2007, the attorney of the plaintiff, Fady Fatal Dakmak, filed a writ against the 31st December Women’s Movement. The Plaintiff claims the following reliefs: i) A declaration that defendant’s occupation of plaintiff’s property known as No. 16 North Ridge Residential Area, Accra, in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana is wrongful. ii) A declaration that defendant has no colour of right to remain in occupation and/or retain possession of plaintiff’s property aforesaid. iii) An order for immediate recovery of possession of the property from defendant in plaintiff’s favour. iv) Mesne profits being loss of revenue by way of rent which would have accrued to plaintiff had plaintiff rented the property to a third party from 03/08/79 up to the date of final judgment. v) Interest on any sum assessed to be due plaintiff at the prevailing bank rate or as this court may seem fit from 03/08/79 till the date of payment.
