1. The Plaintiffs issued a writ of summons with accompanying statement of claim against the defendant claiming inter alia: a. GH¢15,000.00 as General damages for wrongful dismissal; b. Payment of monthly salaries withheld and salary in lieu of notice; c. Payment of Provident Fund Contribution to date; d. An order to pay arrears of Social Security Contribution. 2. In the course of the hearing the parties sought a series of adjournments to settle the matter out of court. 3. The parties have negotiated and agreed on the following. NOW THEREFORE this settlement witnesseth: 1. That the Defendant pays Three Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢3,000.00) to each of the plaintiffs on or before the 15th June 2013. 2.
