JUDGMENT This is an appeal from the decision of the Kaneshie District Magistrate Court sitting at the former Stool Lands Boundaries Commission, Accra on the 14th day of September, 2010. Both parties have attacked this judgment on all fronts. Whereas the Plaintiffs/Appellants/Respondents contend that the trial District Magistrate erred in holding their claim to be statute barred, the Defendants/ Respondents/cross-appellants, on the other hand, claim that the court erred in law in dismissing their counterclaim. For purposes of clarity and brevity, I will refer to the Plaintiffs/Appellants/Respondents simply as the Plaintiffs and the Defendants/ Respondents/Cross-appellants as the defendants.
