The Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendant by filing a writ of summons and statement of claim on 11th January, 2010. On 24th April, 2013, pursuant to this court’s order on 19th April 2013, the Plaintiff filed an amended writ of summons claiming as follows: a. A declaration that the Plaintiff’s purported dismissal by the Defendant from its employment is wrongful and in contravention of the Defendant’s CBA, the 1992 Constitution and the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651). b. An order for the payment of the Plaintiff’s salary from the date of the purported dismissal to the date of final judgment. c. An order for the payment of Plaintiff’s half salary for 18 months when he was on suspension. d. Damages for prospective loss of promotion and loss of employment. e.
