The Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendant by filing a writ of summons and statement of claim on 11th January, 2010. On 24th April, 2013, pursuant to this court’s order on 19th April 2013, the Plaintiff filed an amended writ of summons claiming as follows: a. A declaration that the Plaintiff’s purported dismissal by the Defendant from its employment is wrongful and in contravention of the Defendant’s CBA, the 1992 Constitution and the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651). b.
