The Plaintiff herein issued out a writ of summons accompanying with a statement of claim, against the Defendant on 3rd August, 2010 for the following reliefs: a. Declaration that the nature and circumstances of Plaintiff’s termination amount to unfair termination. b. A further declaration that the reasons assigned for the termination of the Plaintiff’s employment amount to redundancy. c. Damages for unfair termination. d. An order of the Court to compel the Defendant to pay to the Plaintiff 6 months’ salary for each completed year of service with the Defendant Company upon being declared redundant. e.
