The Plaintiff herein, Ibrahim Abubakar commenced the instant action against the Defendant, Haruna Musah on 20th March, 2008 for the following reliefs: a. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Dansoman, Sempe New Town, Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana containing approximately area of 0.9 acre bounded on the North-West by Lessor’s land measuring 85 feet more or less, on the South-East by partly Lessor’s land and partly proposed road measuring 30 feet and 90 feet respectively more or less on the South-West by Lessor’s land measuring 67 feet more or less. b. Recovery of possession of the land described in Paragraph 1 supra. c. Rent arrears of GH¢100.00 from December, 2007 up to the date of final payment. d.
