The Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendants on 29th January, 2008, by filing writ of summons together with a statement of claim. However, pursuant to an order of this court granted on 16th March, 2012, the Plaintiff filed an amended writ of summons and statement of claim on 23rd March, 2012, claiming as follows: a.
