CLIFFORD ADU-BINEY vs. ATTORNEY GENERAL & 1 OTHER.

The Plaintiff herein, Clifford Adu Biney, a consultant initiated the current action against the Defendants on 2nd March, 2010. On 18th March, 2010, the Plaintiff filed an amended writ of summons and a statement of claim. Then pursuant to an order granted by this court, the Plaintiff filed further amended writ of summons and statement of claim on 7th February, 2011 for the following reliefs: (i) A declaration that the Defendants have breached the terms of the contract executed between the Plaintiff and the 2nd Defendant. (ii) A declaration that the termination of the Plaintiff’s appointment is unlawful. (iii) Damages for breach of contract. (iv) An order for the payment of the sum of Seventy Thousand United States Dollars (US$72,000.00) or its equivalent being the total sum expected to be earned by Plaintiff on his annual salary of Thirty Six Thousand United States Dollars (US$36,000.00) for the two years outstanding on his contract.
