The Plaintiff herein, Andrea Genevois, an Italian National now resident in Accra, Ghana commenced the instant action against all the 4 Defendants by filing writ of summons together with a statement of claim on 7th July, 2010 for the following reliefs: a. A declaration that the Defendants have constructively terminated the appointment of the Plaintiff. i. Damages for wrongful termination of employment. Or in the alternative ii. A declaration that the actions of the Defendants amount to declaring the Plaintiff redundant. iii. An order for the Defendants to pay redundancy benefits to the Plaintiff. b. Repatriation fees. c. Payment to Plaintiff of lost earnings for three (3) years. d. Payment of unpaid salary for April, May and June 2009. e. Payment to Plaintiff of expenses incurred on Visa renewals.
