The Plaintiff herein, Mrs. Anna Addington per her lawful attorneys Pearl Adu-Sarfo and Abraham Sovereign commenced the instant action against the Defendants herein, jointly and severally by filing writ of summons together with a statement of claim on 30th March, 2010 for the following reliefs: 1. An order setting aside the sale of H/No. 9 (also known as H/No. 6 or J473/7) Walnut Street Teshie Nungua Estates and all proceedings of the Public Auction conducted on 28th October, 2007 connected with the said sale. 2. A declaration that the 1st Defendant has no interest and is not the owner of H/No. 9 Walnut Street Teshie Nungua Estates, Accra for which a judgment obtained against 1st Defendant can be levied on the above property. 3.
