DR. VICTORIA FUMMEY (PETITIONER) vs. JOHN FUMMEY (RESPONDENT)

The evidence led by both parties is to the effect that they married under the Ordinance on 3rd February, 2001. Matrimonial differences emerged between the parties which members of the family and church members have unsuccessfully tried to resolve despite several attempts. According to the parties there is no hope of the marriage being salvaged. Accordingly I am satisfied that the marriage between the parties has irretrievably broken down. The same is thus herein dissolved. The parties shall have joint custody of the two children of the marriage Deladem Fummey and Kafui Fummey with the Petitioner having care of the children with reasonable access to the Respondent which shall include Saturdays, Public Holidays and School Vacations as will be mutually agreed by the parties.
