The plaintiff herein who described himself as a transporter issued a writ of summons from the Registry of this court on 18th December, 2007 against the defendants jointly and severally claiming the following reliefs: “(a) A declaration that the parcel of land known and described as Plot 10 Block J, West Nhyiaeso, Kumasi is the property of the plaintiff having acquired same from 1st defendant sometime in 1991. (b) A declaration that any purported alienation by the 1st defendant to the 2nd defendant is void ab initio and a nullity as the 1st defendant has no title to convey in relation to the said plot after passing his previous right title and interest unto the plaintiff.
