JUDGMENT GYAESAYOR, JA This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court Accra, dated 10th day of June 2009. The parties in this case are two uterine brothers litigating over the profits of a spare part business which they ran together. The plaintiff/respondent who shall be called plaintiff took action in the High Court when all attempts by family members to resolve their differences failed. In that claim, the plaintiff sought the following reliefs: a. Declaration of title to the New Russia and Larteh properties jointly acquired by the plaintiff and defendant. b. Declaration of title to the 2 Bedford trucks, one Toyota Corolla taxi, one V.W Beetle and 2 air-conditions jointly acquired by the plaintiff and defendant. c.
