JUSTICE MARGARET WELBOURNE (JA) This is an appeal against the decision of the High Court dated 11th June 2012 when he ruled that the application for joinder be re-argued on the 26th June 2012. The Grounds of appeal were stated as follows: i. The whole ruling cannot stand. ii. The learned judge erred when he ruled that the application for joinder which he granted be re-argued on the 26th June, 2012. Additional Grounds of Appeal may be filed upon the receipt of the record of proceedings. RELIEFS SOUGHT FROM THE APPEAL COURT To set aside the entire ruling dated the 11th June, 2012, and restore the ruling dated the 29th May, 2012. We noted from the record of appeal that no additional grounds were filed.
