RULING On the 2/07/2013 the applicant filed a motion under Section 31 of Act 804 for an order to release the properties seized by the respondents. The Prayer was as follows: 1. A declaration that the Motion of Seizure of immorable property placed on the applicants properties Nos. H/No. HS3, Housing down, Adentan, H/No. C115/10A, Kotobabi and H/No E288/15 Nima 441, Nima all in the Greater Accra Region is mistake and wrong. 2. An Order directed at the respondent to release the foresaid properties to the applicant forthwith. This ruling is based on affidavit evidence. Both parties have filed their affidavit and attachments.
