EMMANUEL KINGSLEY APPIAH vs. SCANCOM LIMITED

RULING In reference by applicant that the Court made inferences unsupported by evidence that there was no publication and no document tendered, has been found to be false. The document referred to by the Court is Exhibit “E” tendered on the 1st day of March, 2011. It has also been said he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. It is unfortunate to see pictures of assault on the Plaintiff/Respondent and a Medical Report. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the pictures were taken before the Judgment. This is also not true. What of the Police Medical Report dated the 15th day of April 2014? I am of the view that no available points of law have been canvassed before me to grant the stay. Application therefore refused. Cost of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) to Plaintiff/Respondent.
