RULING In this case the applicant is standing trial at High Court 21. It will therefore be unjustifiable to defreeze this account which was confirmed frozen on the 5th day of September 2013. My position would have been different if he had not been yet charged and arraigned before a competent Court of jurisdiction. I hereby refuse the application on calling upon this Honourable Court to grant a defreeze.
