RULING On the 11th day of September 2013, the applicant’s account was confirmed frozen by this Court differently constituted. The basis for confirmation was that, the F I C received a Suspicious Transaction Report (S.T.R.) from Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited. In its paragraph 7, of Affidavit sworn to on the 9th September, the respondent further argued that, the various amounts in excess of $7,000.00 was inconsistent with the applicant herein’s mandate. On the 9th day of May 2014, the applicant filed a Motion on Notice for a release of funds. The applicant, deposed to an Affidavit from paragraphs 6, 7, 8 and 10 as to why the account should be defrozen.
