JUDGMENT The plaintiff sued the defendants for:- (a) A declaration of title of all the piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Adjiringano, Accra, in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana, bounded on the North-East by a stream measuring 847.9 feet more or less, on the South-East by the Lessor’s land measuring 710.7 feet more or less and on the South-West by Lessor’s land measuring 239.3 feet and 137.0 feet respectively more or less, containing an approximate area of 6.00 acres. (b) An order of perpetual injunction restraining the 1st, 2nd and 3rd defendants from, in any manner alienating or disposing of portions or whole of the plaintiff’s land.
