JUDGMENT The first plaintiff is the Chief of Berekuso and head of the Aduana Abrade family of Berekuso. The second defendant is the grantee of the 1st plaintiff. The plaintiffs have jointly sued the 1st defendant and 2nd defendant over a piece or parcel of land situate and lying at Berekuso, an appropriate area of 3,984 acres. The other reliefs are as follows:- - An order directed at the 2nd defendant to cancel any title certificate issued to the 1st defendant - Recovery of possession - Perpetual Injunction - Damages The 1st defendant counterclaimed for a declaration of title to a piece or parcel of land lying and situate at Abokobi of an approximate area of 901 acres. There are further claims for Damages and an order of perpetual injunction restraining the plaintiff from interfering the enjoyment of its land and costs.
