JUDGMENT The plaintiff on the 1st day of December, 2008 issued a writ of summons from this Court claiming: (a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Dawhenya and bounded on the North-East by Lessor’s land measuring 1537.05 feet more or less on the South-East by Lessor’s land measuring 1279.14 feet more or less on the South-West by Lessor’s land measuring 1989.15 feet more or less on North-West by Lessor’s land measuring 1783.55 feet more or less measuring an approximate area of 57.7 acres or 23.3 Hectares. (b) Order for possession (c) Perpetual injunction restraining the defendant from entering and or doing anything on the said land. (d) Damages for trespass. The following were the issues and additional ones filed: i. Whether or not the late Mr. Ocloo was a bare licensee on one plot of land. ii.
