ECOBANK NIGERIA PLC vs. HISS HANDS HOUSING AGENCY, ACCESS BANK GHANA LIMITED

Before I read this Judgment, I wish to quote the final submissions of learned counsel for the plaintiff. He quoted thus:- “We have made a case for the grant of the reliefs prayed for. In this case, there can only be one just result! The grant of the reliefs prayed for by the plaintiff. A failure to grant the reliefs prayed for unfortunately will amount to an endorsement of fraud and fraudulent activities of this Honourable Court, a matter which this Honourable Court has a duty both in law and public morally to avoid”. The above quotation had been underlined by Kwabena Adu-Kusi. I must emphasis here that, what Kwabena Adu-Kusi wrote is scandalous. It is an indictment upon this Honourable Court. I hereby ask him to unreservedly apologies and also order him to write expunging such from his submissions. The consequence of his failure to do this will warrant me to refer his submissions through the Honourable Lady Chief Justice to the General Legal Council. Lawyer Kwabe...
