DENNIS ADUTWUM-GYIMAH vs NARCOTICS CONTROL BOARD AND THE ATTORNEY-GENERAL

JUDGMENT This is a judicial review application by which the applicant, as per his further affidavit filed on 14th June, 2013, prays for the following reliefs: “(a) A declaration that the decision of the Governing Board of NACOB to set up a disciplinary panel to try the applicant as contained in a letter dated 14th February, 2013 is unlawful. (b) A declaration that the notice to me from the Executive Secretary of the 1st Respondent to stay away from all installations of the 1st Respondent is unlawful. (c) An order of certiorari to bring in and quash the decision of the Governing Board of NACOB to set up a disciplinary panel to try the applicant as being a violation of due process and relevant service conditions of NACOB and the Civil Service of Ghana. (d) An order of prohibition directed at the Governing Board of NACOB forbidding it from instituting disciplinary measures against the applicant on the strength of the letters aforesaid.
