JUDGMENT Plaintiff claims per his amended writ of summons filed on 20th December, 2011, the following reliefs: (i) An order for the defendant to pay half of all rent received on the property between 2006 and 2009. (ii) An order for the defendant to relinquish any interest in the property situate at Dzorwulu, Accra. The parties herein were once happily married, they having been joined together in holy matrimony on 7th November, 1988. Without any shred of doubt, they loved each other very much and had a pretty good time. They have between them twins, both of them males. Plaintiff settled defendant and the twins in America in order that the children would have good education while he lived and worked in Liberia. The vicissitude of marital life rocked the very bottom of their blissful marriage. They were unable to withstand and manage the negative and destructive elements that invaded and bombarded their marriage. The end result was that the marriage was put asunder...
