JUDGMENT BY COURT: The evidence led so far demonstrates quite strongly that the marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation. The couple has not lived together as man and wife for the past 7 years and there is no indication that they will ever come together. In the circumstance this court will grant the prayer of dissolution. Accordingly, it is hereby ordered that the marriage celebrated on 23rd January, 1997 between the parties is dissolved as the same has broken down beyond reconciliation.
