JUDGMENT The plaintiff is a dismissed staff of the defendant bank. He was dismissed on 15th day of September, 2009, for breaching vault cash management procedures. At the time of his dismissal, he was the Branch Manager at the Abossey Okai branch of the bank. He was first employed by the now defunct, Metropolitan and Allied Bank in 2001. The Metropolitan and Allied Bank, through a change in ownership and management and of its shareholding structure, became known as B. P. I. Later, B. P. I., by reason of similar changes was transformed to U. T. Bank. By dint of hard work, plaintiff rose through the ranks and was promoted to the position of Branch Manager by B. P. I. sometime in July, 2008, before U. T. bank took over from B. P. I. In all, the plaintiff served the bank, that is from his days with Metropolitan and Allied Bank, through B. P. I. to U. T.
