RULING On 18th July, 2014, the plaintiff/applicant filed a suit against the defendant/respondent claiming a number of reliefs including the following: “iii. Declaration that the defendant’s request to the plaintiff to hand over or deliver to the defendant the provident fund contributions of NYEP/GYEEDA employees by mere reason of any investigations being conducted by the defendant, is an abuse of due process and without legal justification; and iv.
