JUDGMENT On 21st October, 2013, the plaintiff issued out a writ of summons against the defendants and claimed the following reliefs: a. A determination that the termination of appointment of the plaintiff was unfair, wrongful and unlawful; b. Damages of GH¢100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Ghana Cedis) for the wrongful and illegal termination of employment; c. Compensation of GH¢50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis) for the willful, unjustifiable and unwarranted violation of the plaintiff’s right to work and discrimination against the plaintiff because he was a WDC; d. Full payment of accumulated salaries for 29 years at the rate of GH¢6,000.00 per month; e. The payment of 33 years end of service benefits; f. Compensation for defamation of character of plaintiff; g. Post judgement interest on (a), (b), (c) and (d) at the Prevailing Commercial Bank Rate up to the date of final payment; h.
